Day 5
Day 05 : Jaisalmer - Discover the majestic charm of Jaisalmer - SAM Sand Dunes
- After breakfast explore - The Golden City in the heart of Thar Desert.
- Proceed to visit Jaisalmer Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the intricate architecture, temples, and havelis (traditional mansions) inside the fort. Visit the Tazia Tower nearby.
- Then proceed to visit Patwon/Salim ki Haveli, a cluster of five havelis that showcase exquisite artwork.
- Then proceed to visit Nathmal ki Haveli and relive the architectural renaissance of the preceding centuries. Finally visit the Badal Mahal at a short distance from the fort.
- Visit Gadi Sagar (very near to Railway Stn) and enjoy the afternoon, walking and reliving the beauty of the lake.
- After sightseeing, drive to SAM Sand Dunes.
- Once at the tent accommodation, you may do the following:
- Embark on an exhilarating Desert safari. Enjoy a thrilling ride on a camel or a 4x4 vehicle through the Sam sand dunes.
- Witness a mesmerizing sunset over the dunes and spend the evening around a bonfire with traditional Rajasthani music and dance performances.
- Spend the night at camp.
Day 6
Day 06 : Indo Pak Border - Longewala
- After breakfast, checkout from your Camp and drive for Tanot Mata.
- On the way, visit the following:
- Take a trip to Tanot Mata Temple and then visit the Indo-Pak Border at Longewala where the Indian Military Forces guard the country doors on both sides (permit included).
- Finally, visit Bada Bagh.
- Take a trip to Kuldhara, an abandoned village with a mysterious past, known for its fascinating architecture and legends.
- Proceed to visit the Kaaba Fort and walk through some of the most glorious histories of the country.
- Night stay at Jaisalmer hotel.
Day 7
Day 07 : Jaisalmer to Jodhpur Drop
- On day 7, your tour comes to an end. Early morning after breakfast at the hotel, our agent will drop you at Jodhpur railway station or airport. With memories umpteen head back home.
