Vrindavan is undoubtedly one of the most sacred Hindu destinations, where beliefs of the people still stand strong that makes the place a religious charm. The sacred city of Mathura is situated in the northern part of India and is known as the birthplace of Lord Krishna, according to the Hindu belief. The renowned Hindu temple, Sri Krishna Janma Bhoomi, is located at the very site where Lord Krishna is said to have been born. Vrindavan is a significant part of the "Krishna pilgrimage circuit" which also includes Mathura, Barsana, Gokul, Govardhan, Kurukshetra, Dwarka and Puri. The common salutation or greetings used in Braj region by its residents is Radhe Radhe which is associated with the Goddess Radha or Hare Krishna which is associated with Krishna. Devotees of Krishna believe that he visits the town each night to adore Radha.

Day 1

Day 1: Pickup Mathura & Vrindavan sightseeing

  • Pickup at Mathura jn & Drive to Vrindavan, known for its numerous temples dedicated to Lord Krishna
  • Check into the hotel freshen up.
  • Begin your day with a visit to the famous Banke Bihari Temple, known for its beautiful idol of Lord Krishna.
  • Take a stroll along the banks of the Yamuna River and visit the Kesi Ghat.
  • Visit Nidhivan, a mystical forest in Vrindavan where Lord Krishna's divine dance, the Ras Leela, is said to still take place every night, surrounded by ancient trees, serene atmosphere, and enchanting tales of Krishna's eternal love.
  • Explore other prominent temples in Vrindavan, such as the Radha Raman Temple, Radha Vallabh Mandir and ISKCON Temple.
  • Enjoy the Light Show at Prem Mandir.
  • Visit Vaishno Devi Mandir, and others if time permits.
  • Vrindavan Sightseeing is Done by E-Rickshaw Only as No Vehicles are allowed due to government regulations.
  • Guide will be there for Vrindavan sightseeing.

Day 2

Day 2: Mathura - Gokul & Sightseeing

  • After breakfast proceed to Mathura, visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, the birthplace of Lord Krishna, and the Dwarkadhish Temple, which is a major attraction in the city.
  • Head to Gokul, which is located about 15 kilometers from Mathura.
  • Explore the various places associated with Lord Krishna's childhood in Gokul, such as the Gokulnath Temple, Raja Thakur Temple, and the Brahmand Ghat.
  • Visit Raman Reti, Chintaharan Mahadev, 84 Khamba.
  • Overnight stay at Vrindavan.

Day 3

Day 3: Barsana, Madgaon & Govardhan Sightseeing & Departure

  • After check out from hotel proceed to Barsana, the birthplace of Radha Rani, the eternal consort of Lord Krishna.
  • Visit the Radha Rani Temple in Barsana, also known as the Shriji Temple, and witness the enthusiasm and devotion of the devotees.
  • Later proceed to Nandgaon, the village where Lord Krishna spent his early childhood.
  • Visit the Nand Bhavan Temple and soak in the serene and spiritual ambiance.
  • Head to Govardhan, a sacred hill associated with Lord Krishna's divine pastimes. Visit the Govardhan Hill and circumambulate it, a practice known as "Parikrama," which is considered auspicious by devotees.
  • Explore the temples located around Govardhan, including Mansi Ganga, Haridev Temple, and Daan Ghati Temple
  • Drop at Mathura railway station with Happy Memories of the trip.
